I'm not a doc, just suggestions here:

You should probably follow up with a cardiologist to get tests done on your heart, that way you have them to compare to when you are old like me (mid-30's) Afib has a high recurrence rate, but it is very treatable. For example, I am having an ablation procedure done to hopefully prevent it from ever happening to me again, but there is also medication they can give too.

There are certain 'triggers' to avoid - caffeine, alcohol, chocolate, cold medicine and I know some people get afib after exercising when they guzzle lots of cold liquid.

Stress and anxiety can bring on afib, but they also can manifest as chest pains. If the cardiologist rules out heart issues for the pain, consult a therapist or primary care doctor about anxiety/stress or muscle strain.

Good luck
