You can send us your case reports, videos or images related to medical conditions and procedures. We will review them and add to appropriate section of Cardiac Forum. You credit as a the source of the information will be publicly displayed and acknowledged. Case reports must be submitted with full writing and supporting images, videos, documents etc. These have to be anonimised prior to submission. Please take care so that you do not include patients personal information in these records without their written consent.
